It was America in the 30s the 1930s when old Harry J. Ansliger went on a mission after the failure of prohibition and here we are nearly a century later.
The scientist brings all the reasons and rhyming but it just doesn't fill the bill so they ask for his resignation or fire him it's the same thing and the pretext goes to print with the spin.
